Mojoba Pay is built to be the trustworthy, GDPR-respecting home for pay data. Here is the short version.

Your salary, your data

A salary submission is your own data, given with explicit consent. We store no name. The employer field is optional.

Anonymity by design

We never display employer-specific crowdsourced figures unless there are at least 5 submissions for that role. Below that, only broader role/region aggregates are shown.

No tracking for sale

We don't run ads and we never sell individual data. We keep only an IP hash for anti-abuse, never your raw IP.

Verification deletes files

If you upload a payslip for a 'verified' badge, the file is checked and then deleted. We keep only the verification status, never the document.

Deletion on request

Ask us and we delete your submission. Pay-gap registry figures are republished public disclosures and are handled separately, always with a source link and a corrections process.
